Missing Lucene.Net Board Report - second month

Dear Prescott Nasser,

The board report for Lucene.Net has not yet been submitted for this
month's board meeting, and was missed for the last month's meeting. If
you or another member of the PMC are unable to get it in by twenty-four
hours before meeting time, please let the board know, and plan to report
next month, AND let the board know you will be doing so.

Any member of the PMC may submit a report if the chair is not available.
