Synopsis: 
MIME types no longer read from conf/web.xml

Description:
It would appear that the <mime-mapping> directives in conf/web.xml no longer have any effect. I am trying to add a mime type for serving WML pages but the new entry is ignored and every page is returned with a MIME type of text/plain. Phone emulators don't like this.

All works as expected in Tomcat 3.1.
