Release of log4j version 1.2.4

Log4j developers are proud to announce the release of log4j 1.2.4.
This release fixes several relatively minor bugs. The integration of
LogFactor5 and log4j continues unabated. For the full list of changes
refer to the docs/HISTORY file.
