Problem with tortoiseSVN

Hi;

I have loaded TortoiseSN from :

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/download.html  => TortoiseSVN-1.0.2-UNICODE_svn-1.0.1.msi for windows W2K, and when I have installed the product and would like to start TortoiseSVN, surprise its TortoiseMerge !!!!

I don't understand ?
