If {{dag.doc_md = __doc__}}, but there are no docstrings on the file, the Graph view will error with:

{code}
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'strip'
{code}

The UI should just assume we have no docs to show for the DAG. I suspect user in AIRFLOW-625 ran into this error.
