   ### Motivation
   
   I have encountered the problem to build `pulsar` on `Ubuntu 16.04` regarding `gmock`, and the proposed fix works.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   Like `gtest`, install `gmock`.
   
   ### Result
   
   I could build `pulsar` as expected..
