> PROTON-711 added optional support, disabled by default, for sending/receiving byte values for the destination type annotations used by the old Qpid JMS client, rather than the existing string values. Since this was done, the JMS Mapping for AMQP has opted to use a different set of annotations entirely, which the transformers will not be updated to examine. This stale support will be removed to simplify the transformer code.
