Pre-operation samplers
I've got a loop I want to perform, but part of the loop involves a login. I
only want my threads to log in once. I know I can add the rest of the
samplers to a loop controller, but I've also got a CSV Config element that I
need my threads to consult each time they run through the loop, so I can't
use the loop controller.
