## Description ##
The script `tests/python/train/test_conv.py` is deleted as part of the PR #18394 .
This PR removes the references to this test script from other places in the repo. There still remains one doc that needs to be updated. Created an issue for that. #18454
Also enabling mkldnn test for cu* builds as they are now built with USE_MKLDNN=1 flag.

All tests are already queued to run once. If tests fail, you can trigger one or more tests again with the following commands:
- To trigger all jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [all]
- To trigger specific jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [job1, job2]

**CI supported jobs**: [miscellaneous, clang, edge, centos-cpu, unix-gpu, windows-cpu, unix-cpu, windows-gpu, sanity, website, centos-gpu]

_Note_:
Only following 3 categories can trigger CI :PR Author, MXNet Committer, Jenkins Admin.
All CI tests must pass before the PR can be merged.
