Server Name?

Hello,

Our webserver is not allowing users to access diretories without the '/' at
the url end. Where can i set this up to works fine? It´s the server name?
The line bellows is the actual definition at httpd.conf:

#ServerName wwwn.unijui.tche.br

Thank you,
