Tika uses:

    <dependency>
      <groupId>org.bouncycastle</groupId>
      <artifactId>bcmail-jdk15</artifactId>
      <version>1.45</version>
    </dependency>

It's not recommended to use bcmail-jdk15, which is the old artifact name. Instead bcmail-jdk15on should be used (latest version is 1.52)
