[I] [MDEPLOY-184] Sources and Javadoc are not added when deploying [maven-deploy-plugin]

Based on the documentation adding -Dsources=somefile and -Djavadoc=somefile the files should be added to the target reposiotry based on the documentation. While deploy:deploy deploys the sources and javadoc properly, deploy-file ignores the sources.

As describes on the example page, in case of the `deploy-file` goal, please use the fully qualified name, i.e. `org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.8.1:deploy-file`. This to ensure that you really are using the right version, being 2.8.1.
If this gives the same result, please add `-X` to the commandline argument to get logging at debug level. This should give you a hint what's happening.

I've created an integration-test( [rev.r1609268](http://svn.apache.org/r1609268) ) matching the [Deploy sources and javadoc jars](http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-deploy-plugin/examples/deploying-sources-javadoc.html)-page and it works fine.

Thank you for checking this issue. Your successful attempt made me test it again. Please, make sure to use different name for the pom file, such as
mvn deploy:deploy-file -Dfile=download-manager-2.0.8.war -DrepositoryId=jboss.repo -DpomFile=pom.xml -Dsources=download-manager-2.0.8-sources.jar -Djavadoc=download-manager-2.0.8-javadoc.jar -Durl=http://localhost:8081/content/repositories/releases
That way pom is deployed as it should (as download-manager-2.0.8.pom), but sources and javadoc are not deployed. If I use download-manager-2.0.8.pom as a source, javadoc and sources are deployed properly.
