XSLTC support for extension elements

Hello,

I am using a stylesheet that contains javascript extension elements.Now,I am
unable to create a translet
from this stylesheet cause the xsltc compiler has no support for extension
element calls.Can anyone please tell me if there is an alternative way to
create a translet(or is it a cul-de-sac?).
