test - environment

Hi there,

i cant get the 'regard'-test running. i downloaded 
'batik-cvs-05-03-28.zip' ( after trying the -src- ... ).
I get an exception 
 IllegalArgumentException 
'test-references/../../beSuite/rendering-orderGR-BE-01.svg
from AbstractRenderingAccuracyTest.resolveURL

It seems, that file is missing. Cant find it - only it's png-brother. Is 
it generated or extracted from somewhere?

There is still a problem with that NumberParser - it unnecessarily looses 
bits. I would like to see, if (and how)
the improved version changes the graphical-output.

Hi Dvholten,

    You need to get the SVG working groups test suite
and unpack it as a peer of the xml-batik directory.
