[VOTE] Release 1.0 jUDDI-style artifacts

Hi guys,

During the latest development cycle we developed a custom style for our
site and for our guides. I recently figured out how to properly work
with these styles and it made sense to extract the styles into its own
project.

The docbook style is broken out into style and xslt, the site style is
just one artifact. On the trunk we are currently using the 1.0-SNAPSHOT
artifacts which are identical to the 1.0 artifacts staged here:

https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachews-017/

[ANNOUNCE] Release 1.0 jUDDI-style artifacts

The vote passed 4-0. I've tried releasing the artifacts in nexus, but
I'm getting a key validation error. As soon as this is fixed I will
release the artifacts.

Cheers,
