Unfortunately up to now I did not see a real solution for this issue. Using the
request parameters makes not much sense, because there might be other options
influencing the cache validity. The only real solution I see is a cache validity
of the XML fragments. For this probably only the validity of the original XML
(from which the fragments where extracted) must be stored and later be evaluated.
