autolearn=unavailable

Hi,
Can someone tell me what is the cause of these
"autolearn=unavailable" messages and there is a possible solution. I
get them occasionally but wanted to know why are they appearing.
Below is a sample of the log:

Based on the wiki:

http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/AutolearningNotWorking

Odds are the message is a duplicate of one that was already learned,
presumably due to being sent to multiple recipients at once.
