patch for modules/proxy of httpd-2.4.6

Yes it's me - 8 years later and still the same problem ;-)
I took the last patch (thanks to intersat2, YosheE and Francois Leurent) and
added some stuff to pass a HTTP Forward Proxy with HTTPS. By doing so I ran on
an other problem (Bug 55892) also fixed by this patch.

I only could test this patch on Linux passing through a Squid and a BlueCoat
forward proxy
