Howto backup of Continuum?

Hi! 
What is the simplest approach to backup Continuum? 

We are currently using 1.1-beta-3 on a Debian Etch server.

You mean backup datas ?
If yes, you can use data management tool to export your datas.
Look at [1] exporting section.
