JMS Spool / Queue in James

Hi all,

just some quick heads up..

JAMES now use JMS (activemq) for the Spool and the outgoing Queue
(ActiveMQRemoteDelivery). So I will process and remove the "old"
SpoolRepository implementations and interface.

For people upgrading its prolly the easist to use the gateway config
in the "old" RemoteDelivery to forward the email to the new JAMES
server so it will get put in the JMS Queue..

I will start to add some migrate notes..
