The two patches referring to JIRA-5274 described above works well.

However, there is a new problem I have occured:
The  LEFT "Console  navigation" is always displayed in Chinese, although the browser language has been set to English.
ATTENTION Please: I have already changed mylocale to en_US in the browser.

I have tried it in  IE and Firefox browser, the both have the problem above.
The  LEFT "Console  navigation" cannot display English. At the same time, the RIGHT page can display the language according to the browser language.
