FOP 0.14 «Unknown formatting object ^»

Hello everybody.

I've got this following error:
Java.lang.NullPointerException
  at org.apache.fop.fo.FOTreeBuilder.startElement(FOTreeBuilder.java, Compiled Code)
  at org.apache.fop.apps.Driver.buildFOTree(Driver.java, Compiled Code)
  at org.apache.cocoon.formatter.FO2PDFFormatter.format(FO2PDFFormatter.java, Compiled Code)
  at org.apache.cocoon.Engine.handle(Engine.java, Compiled Code)
  at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.service(Cocoon.java, Compiled Code)
  at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java, Compiled Code)
  at org.apache.jserv.JServConnection.processRequest(JServConnection.java, Compiled Code)
  at org.apache.jserv.JServConnection.run(JServConnection.java, Compiled Code)
  at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java, Compiled Code)

And this in the log file:
WARNING: Unknown formatting object ^

when I try to render a file with Fop. My XSL file looks good, and the
fop file generated render correctly with the command line interface of
fop. I've picked up the sample readme.fo for the layout of the page
(between <fo:root> and </fo:static-content>) then I suppose it's good.

I have Cocoon 1.7.4. I've looked in the FAQ and FAQ-O-Matic, but I
could't find the answer. Any help would be welcome.

Thanks.
