   To make it work for regular operators I think the only thing to do is to override the `dep` function in your operator and add the `ReadyToRescheduleDep`, just like in https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/3596/files#diff-81901d44cd480538f1f35b641b9ede0cR126. But I didn't test that yet.
