Dear infra team,

we would like to transfer the domain couchapp.org from it's owner J. Chris Anderson to the ASF, so that the CouchDB project has full access to it. The domain is hosted at IWantMyName. Chris has agreed to the transfer and will ACK it.  

What is the procedure here? Do you need any further info?
