issues with TDK binary on W2K/1.3.1_04/Ant1.5/MySQL

I'm receiving the following error when attempting "ant init" in the newapp webapp in either of the TDK 2.1 pre-compiled downloads:

The problem appears to be that the file "turbine-schema.sql" in "tdk\webapps\newapp\WEB-INF\src\sql" is of size 0 bytes.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
