[I] Reading a Parquet file that does not exist results in confusing output [sedona-db]
paleolimbot opened a new issue, #364:
URL: https://github.com/apache/sedona-db/issues/364
If we attempt to read a Parquet file that doesn't exist, we get empty output:
```python
import sedona.db
sd = sedona.db.connect()
sd.read_parquet("foofy.parquet").show()
```
We should get an error instead. I ran into this in the GDAL format PR and solved it by erroring in `infer_schema()` if there were zero items.
