[jira] [Updated] (AMBARI-20581) Support of puppet for ambari install and some basic hdp/hdf configuration

Vladyslav updated AMBARI-20581:
-------------------------------
    Description:
Dear community,

I know that puppet support had been removed from repository since 0.9 version. Maybe there were some different plans for that. However I`ve decided partially re-invent a wheel and implement puppet install of ambari server/agent and some basic pre-configuration for hdp and hdf.
I propose to return some basic puppet support at least such functionality:
- ambari packages install
- firewall rules configuration
- https, ldap
The reason is because mentioned things that are usually made manually and are not managed by ambari, so can be automated by puppet. The idea is not to go into installation of hadoop and others because it is done by blueprints, but only cover the basic preparation steps that are usually done before ambari starts configuration.
I had already implemented mentioned functionality, so the issue can be assigned to me after approved.

Best regards,
Vladislav
