sealed v4.1.1 released to CPAN

New project home dedicated to sealed.pm maintenance is at https://github.com/SunStarSys/sealed

In the interest of saving more time and hassle, I put the best version I could come up with on CPAN, so you don’t need to clone the repository unless you want to benchmark the enquiry.pl ModPerl::Registry script.

4.1.2 has a slightly better tree walker.  Please kick the tires on the
RegistryCooker patch so the current modperl maintainers will be comfortable
releasing a new version with that sealed.pm dependency for registry scripts.
