Cannot create VM Snapshot on stopped VM.  Once the VM starts, the VM snapshot works.  

This is occurring with Xen Hypervisor.  Unexpected error in the UI caused by an NPE from this line:

VMSnapshotManagerImpl.orchestrateCreateVMSnapshot
_jobMgr.marshallResultObject(new Long(snapshot.getId())));  <==NPE
