javadoc directory on ibiblio

The above directory seems to contain the javadoc doclet api from JDK 1.3.

I can't see a reason for keeping this directory, as the doclet API has 
been in tools.jar since 1.3, and if anyone needs it for an earlier 
release, they can find it and request it.

Comments anyone?
