This bug is reproduced only for auto-test.

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Run auto-test on Azure

*Actual result:*
 # Notebook creation fails

Failed to generate variables dictionary.. Exception: 'custom_tag' {code}

*Expected result:*
 # Notebook creation is successful
