   Very useful feature, I think it would be great of help to analyze problems in tasks. 
   
   Holistically, there're some features that I think should be included in this PR.
   1. a configuration switch that enable task gc logging, by default it should be turned off
   2. HDFS deep storage support, because HDFS is also a widely used deep storage
   3. RESTful API support to get gc log files from deep storage
   4. Web console integration(it could be implemented in a separated PR)
