Write a tutorial which shows how to implement a Cas Editor view

The Cas Editor only provided basic support for many annotation tasks. To make it a useful and efficient tool often a new task specific view is needed which can visualize an aspect of the CAS. The tutorial should explain how a custom Cas Editor view can be implemented based on a sample view.
