[PR] fix(oay): support `WebdavFile` continuous reading and writing [opendal]

G-XD opened a new pull request, #4374:

   Added a `WebdavFileState` structure containing a `Reader` and a `Writer` to support continuous reading and writing of `WebdavFile`.
