[SPARK-17910|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-17910] supported user to change comment of column, the patch also left TODO for other metadata. Here just implement the dataType changing requirement, others like renaming column and changing position may have different considerations in datasource table and hive table, maybe need more discussion.
