I put tomcat 5.0.19 at this path --> C:\jakarta-tomcat-5.0.19\bin

After I type in the word "startup" and press enter in command prompt, the 
command prompt just disapppeard. I thought I suppose to be this way, and try to 
access using this url --> http://localhost:8080/ but prompts me to key in 
username and password.
