Apache after some time gives an Access Violation c0000005

Summary: Apache after some time gives an Access Violation
                    c0000005
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.43
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: MacOS 9
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Blocker
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jorgeoliveira@seara.com

Hi,

I'm running apache 2.0.43, php 4.3.0, mysql 3.23.54 on a dual processor
windows NT4 SP6 machine with 1GB RAM... We also have Oracle 8 installed wich
we access using odbc. We have about 100 unique visitors each hour, that
normally corresponds to 5000 hits and 20 MB transfered.

After some time of apache being started, dr. watson appears saying apache as
generated an application exception: access violation (c0000005). After that,
it keeps appearing, each time sooner, until the moment apache simply hangs.
Then I have to STOP and START apache (restart doesn't solve it) or even reboot
the machine.

I've already followed every single suggestion I could find on the net and yet
the problem persists.

Any ideas would be much appreciated :)

Thanks in advance.
