The "reason" table was inadvertently removed from the Kudu TPC-DS schema by a [previous commit|https://github.com/apache/impala/commit/03794389fc0ba747a9f1c32793a29228f6c90280#diff-ec4388eade2893468ae0920da05800cedea9807a519796311b17e42f844fbe0dL763-L774].  

We should put it back.
