downloading tomcat

My name is Dominique.
I am a beginner Java Programmer, but already fascinated with the servlets and jsp technologies.
My problem is:
I have tried to no avail downloading  tomcat 3.2.1 or 3.1.1. 
I followed all the procedures, but each time i get to this site:
http://jakarta.apache.org/building/jakarta-tomcat/release/v3.2.2
I can not continue because the site has many folders, so i need to know the exact folder to download. 
I will appreciate your advice on the next action with intend of having a tomcat working version install in my machine.
