This patch provides the python script and the modification to the pom file for maven to generate the page. It also provides the modification to site.xml.

I was not yet able to make the generation automatic when site is executed. To generate that page the way I am using is

cd giraph-core; mvn exec:exec

I will anyway go on looking for a solution to have it automatically hooked on the site phase.
