New Isis Addon for generating fake data

Hi folks,

just a heads-up that we now have a new "isis-module-fakedata" addon [1] to
generate fake data; useful for unit tests and integration tests.

The code is -SNAPSHOT and moreover it is building against a branch of Isis
that is upgraded to DataNuclues 4.0.x (ISIS-789); it's therefore also
acting as a regression suite that all value types are correctly persisted
under DN4.

We will of course release this as 1.9.0 along with Isis 1.9.0; I'm hoping
that 1.9.0 will be released by the end of April.
