   ### Improved or typo fixed.
   
   The "[Contributor Guide](https://apisix.apache.org/docs/general/contributor-guide)" page has typos and missing hyperlinks.
   
   Example: 
   
   Please ~fee~ free to report bugs
   Please feel free to report bugs
   
   It is also missing information about how to setup the project and test changes locally. This is also missing in the [CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/apache/apisix/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md) file.
   
   ### Solution
   
   Fix the typos and add appropriate hyperlinks.
   
   Structure the contributing docs and add details on how to setup the development environment and test changes locally for the project and the documentation website.

   I realised that the docs are on a separate repo. Opened an issue on the repo: https://github.com/apache/apisix-website/issues/887

   I can open a PR with the typo fix and we can maybe start a discussion on what should be added in the contributing docs if needed.
