Web site pages for samples

Here are a few new web site pages that will provide access to the samples checked in last week. The index page is a "Samples" tab page, with links to the MixedContent and SchemaEnum pages, where users can view the sample sources. There'll be links to the Samples tab from the front page. These three are built results of Forrest XML -- without the images and other dependent files.

There's not yet a way to download a zip with all of the files in it (I believe Remy has the answer on where the Zips will be stored). But this is a start.
