Bug problem

Hello,
I'm writing because I have important files that are failing to recover and they deleted. I see them attempt to recover but fail immediately. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to retrieve them or something on your end that could help.

What type of files are we talking about and how do you try to recover them?

We can only help if you give more/better information e.g. what Operating 
System and version are you running and
with what application and version do you try to open these files.
