'bogus date' has seemingly destroyed current repository

I can no longer even checkout a repository due to "svn: bogus date". I 
have no working copy. Is there some way to fix this? I can checkout a 
prior revision, but I'm really wanting to check out the latest.

Any advice is appreciated.
