Review comment:
       Perhaps reword slightly to "When it is changed, a 2nd user with name ``default`` and uid ``AIRFLOW_UID`` is dynamically created ...". Might also be worth adding "This variable should not be confused with a variable of the same name in the base Dockerfile which determines the UID of the ``airflow`` user.".
