XALAN processing fails, if you want to use the "document()" function and open a xhtml file, that has a dtd header:

I removed </script> and tried the test-case with
xalan versions 2.3.1, 2.5.1 and the latest CVS. Everything is OK.
I verified that Bug_XHTML.xhtml file was opened.
I need more info to repro the problem:
1. xalan version
2. parser (at ; xerces?) version
3. Your OS
4. Your working dir and location of the files?
Could you also verify that the test-case (you sent) fails?
