   @zhengruifeng it's related to https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/e3d2dfa8b514f9358823c3cb1ad6523da8a6646b. Can we backport this to branch-3.4 and branch-3.5?
   
   We do not have https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/c1c710e7da75b989f4d14e84e85f336bc10920e0 change in branch-3.4 and branch-3.5 so now it fails.
   
   The reason why the failure was found out later is that we use the cached Docker image (https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/.github/workflows/build_infra_images_cache.yml) and the library update was delayed until those branches get new commits.
