Release candidate questions

We have a new structure to the release branch and I'm not sure how to 
handle it. Do we release the specification source directory, or delete 
it from branches/3.1-rc1? How do we handle copyjdorijars and exectck? 
Will we zip them in a source bundle with the tck? What do we do with 
parent-pom?
