Placing web service specific configuration files

Hi,

I would like to know where would be the best location within axis to store web
service specific configuration files (i.e. dll files etc)? At the moment the
work-around is to add the directory to the path explicitly so the files would
be automatically detected.

I would also like to know the purpose of teh 'attachment' folder within axis.

Any help would be much appreciated.
